With this painting titled Total White, I challenged myself to capture the subtle variations of light that fall on a white canvas. My aim was to elevate white as a color, exploring its delicate nuances, from pure white to ivory. It’s as if, gradually, the light loses intensity, revealing through this play of light and shadow the underlying geometric composition of interlocking circles.
A minimalist painting for contemporary and essential environments.
 
It was designed for the exhibition at THE LAB space of the Flavio Lucchini Art Museum, at Superstudio Più, on the occasion of Milano City 2024.
