A workshop on colour perception and non-verbal communication.
THE LANGUAGE OF COLOUR.
Colour speaks before words do. It shapes our perception, moves our emotions, and guides our choices — often without us even noticing.

The Language of Colour is an experiential workshop that invites you to pause, observe, and explore colour as a living language: a genuine moment of rest from the pace of everyday life and the noise of the digital world.
What we explore together:
• The deep connection between colour and emotion
• Perceptual awareness as a tool for presence
• Colour as a form of non-verbal communication
• Direct experience through the drawing of simple shapes
How it works
The workshop alternates guided observation of images from art and daily life, group discussion of impressions and responses, visual insights into individual colours, and a hands-on session with paper and colour to bring everything to life.
